Following on from discussion around attachment styles, discuss the OK corral and its application to attachment theory, i.e. how we perceive ourselves in our relationships, along with how we perceive our partner.
Solicit examples of these relationships from the group and get them to identify their 'default' entry point into the corral.
Remind the participants that more secure attachment can be achieved. Counselling is one of the most concrete means of achieving this goal.
