Introduce the idea of goal settings that are SMART:

  • Specific, significant, simple.
  • Measurable, motivational, manageable, meaningful.
  • Achievable, actionable, attainable, action-focused.
  • Relevant, result-based, realistic.
  • Timeframe, time-specific, tangible.
