Introduce the idea of goal settings that are SMART:
- Specific, significant, simple.
- Measurable, motivational, manageable, meaningful.
- Achievable, actionable, attainable, action-focused.
- Relevant, result-based, realistic.
- Timeframe, time-specific, tangible.
