This evidence guidance and planning tool has been developed for leaders and managers of services supporting male victims/survivors to help establish what verbal and documentary evidence is required to support the accreditation process for the Quality Standards for Services Supporting Male Victims/ Survivors.
This tool is not intended to be an exhaustive list; new verbal and documentary evidence will be available to services all the time. Instead, this tool should be used as a guide for establishing what evidence will be required to support the accreditation process.
You may find it useful to use this tool as an evidence planner and you should work with your assessor to create a plan and timeline for submission. An agenda for the verbal evidence interviews will be sent out prior to a site visit from an assessor.
This document should be viewed in context with the Implementation Guidance for Commissioners and Service Providers.
